Trip Cancellation
Reimbursement may be available up to total trip cost (maximum $20,000) if you cancel for a covered reason, such as you, an immediate family member or your traveling companion becomes ill or injured.

Trip Interruption
Reimbursement may be available up to total trip cost (maximum $20,000) for unused, non-refundable, prepaid expenses if you interrupt your trip due to a covered reason

Trip Delay
Reimbursement may be available up to $500 ($150/day) for the cost of additional accommodations and traveling expenses if you are delayed en route to your trip

Accident Medicial Protection
Reimbursement for medical treatment may be available up to $10,000 if you get hurt or injured on your trip

Sickness Medical Protection
Reimbursement for medical treatment may be available up to $10,000 if you get ill on your trip

Emergency Evacuation
Coverage may be available up to $25,000 if you need emergency medical transportation

Repatriation of Remains
Arranges & prepays up to $25,000 for transportation of mortal remains.

Baggage and Personal Effects
Reimbursement may be available up to $1,000 if your luggage or personal items are lost, stolen or damaged

Bag Delay
Reimbursement may be available up to $500 if you need to purchase necessary items, due to your bags being delayed 24+ hours

Virgin Voyages Payments & Refunds

To reserve your cabin and lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit on your cruise. After you have placed a deposit to secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date.

Virgin Voyages accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Cancellation and Refunds

Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect against covered unexpected events. Please check with your My Cruise Fare counselor for cancellation and refund policies for Virgin Voyages.

From steakhouses and Korean BBQ to elaborate brunches and an international food market, any and all eateries are included. With unique spaces and diverse options, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Main Dining Room Policies: Virgin Voyages does not have traditional main dining rooms or times. The six main restaurants can be booked ahead of time or while onboard.

Dress Code: The dress code in all eateries is casual.

Beverage Policy: Filtered still and sparkling water, non-pressed juices, sodas, satchet teas and drip coffee are all included. Alcoholic beverages are at an additonal cost.

Special Requests: Virgin Voyages can accommodate most special requests except kosher meals.

All dining rooms onboard Virgin ships are smoke-free.

Smoking will only be permitted in a designated smoking room and on the top deck outdoor area. Smoking is not allowed on any cabin terraces.

Smoking of any kind outside of designated areas (even with a "vape" device) will result in a $500 fee, is a material breach of your ticket contract, and may result in you being disembarked at the next port with no refund. Any repatriating fees will be charged to your onboard account.
